Royo Group Expands and moderniza his factory in Poland

The plan of investment in Poland, initiated in 2011, contemplates the extension of 6.000 m2, and integrates new areas of production, logistical, laboratories, Showroom of products and new destined offices to industrial equipment, technicians, quality, logistical and of R&D.
After completing the two first phases, has foreseen to finalise the extension in March of 2013, what will allow to reinforce his position, preferably in the markets of Centroeuropa and east Europe. According to Raúl Royo, CEO of Royo Group, “once finished this third phase, will have multiplied by four the capacity of production of the factory, integrating besides improvements in the productivity of 40% with the end to attain greater quality and competitiveness”.
For this, underlines Royo, “have given maximum priority to the modernisation of the factory, betting by the innovation in the widest sense, so much in the development of product and processes through the integration of new technologies, as in quality, logistical control, learning to employees or design”.
At present, the factory has a total of 250 employees. During 2011, it increased the production 30%, allocated 50% to Poland and 50% to the rest of Europe, reaching 80% of his capacity. For this year, it foresees to increase the productive activity in 20%. With the extension, the factory will be able to produce around 150.000 bathroom furniture by turn, giving coverage to the distinct lines of business of Royo Group.
This performance, freamers inside the global plan of investment (2011-2013) that with a total of 7 million euros, contemplates also the modernisation of the factory in Valencia (3 million euros) and the construction of a centre of own innovation also in Valencia (1 million of euros). Royo Group Pretends with this strategy consolidate his positioning and turn into a European referent in the manufacture and commercialisation of bathroom furniture.
