The Foundation The House that Saves, FLCQA, and the National Centre of Renewable Energies (Cener) have subscribed an Agreement Mark of Collaboration to coordinate and promote performances directed to the promotion of the saving and the energetic efficiency in the sector of the edificación and, of special way, to the impulse of passive measures, reduction of the energetic demand, application of criteria of sustainability and utilisation of the renewable energies.

In the act of the signature of the Agreement have participated Francisco Javier Fernández Campal, president of the FLCQA, and José Javier Armendariz Quel, general director of Cener.

The first specific performance to develop like consequence of the present Agreement freamers in the Program of Energetic Diagnostic of the Habitat Urbano, arisen of the Agreement subscribed the past year between the Foundation The House that Saves and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, FEMP. Ceber Will occupy of the practical realisation of the energetic studies to develop in the five municipalities selected: Arahal, Granollers, Madrid, Santander and Segovia.
