Cequip includes 5 new companies

Cequip, the Foundation brings together Catalan team goods manufacturers, has taken a step forward for its consolidation as a reference for this sector, with the incorporation, this month of may, five new companies. New partners are the Foundation to add 20 companies. Companies that have joined the Foundation are Canigó (Banyoles) dedicated to making marble cutting machines; Autimec (matched), dedicated to the manufacture of special machinery (I) recycling of metals; Mapro (Sant Fruitós de Bages) test i mounting machinery; Serra (Martorell) workshops, machinery handling of corrugated cardboard and Metalquimia (Girona) leader in technology and manufacture of complete production lines of cooked and marinated meat products.
The Director of Cequip, Judit Coll, explains that "the expansion of the Foundation with new members is a step forward," achieving a critical mass that will make it possible to make more strong the momentum of the Foundation for advancing the sector.
Coll also assesses the growth of the Cequip "because it is especially rewarding partners who have clear that innovation is the key to creating effective, efficient and profitable products and services." Equipment is a source of productive, international, environmental, and technological knowledge that we can not miss. "We are the main competitive advantage of the manufacturers of equipment innovation and apply this innovation to the entire value chain."
