EEA informed its partners of the measures to combat late payment

The Association of companies assemblers of scaffolding (EEA), has prepared a plan of actions to inform and advise their partners of the measures to combat late payment according to law 15/2010 of 5 July of this year for the amendment of law 3/2004 of 29 December of that year.
The law, and in what refers to the periods of payments between companies, establishing a maximum payment period of 60 days by companies for payments to vendors. This deadline may not be extended by agreement between the parties, in order to avoid possible abusive practices of big business on small suppliers. Also modify various aspects of law 30/2007 of 30 October contracts of the public sector.
