90% of the financial professionals shows optimistic and foresees a professional route in his company

Ones of the main aims that share the majority of the companies in the actuality is to conserve his business in spite of the cuts by means of continuous reforms, increase the sales abroad because of the saturation of the local demand and improve his profitability. All this gives place to that the financial professionals have turned into key positions and of which depends, in a lot of occasions, the future of the company.
According to desvela the study, the demand of these profiles has seen increased especially in determinate sectors like Services (44% of the respondents), followed of Industry (17%) and Construction (11%). Nevertheless, in other less affected sectors by the current economic situation, the profits generated by the companies have made possible the enlargement of his staff offering new opportunities for these professionals. According to 37% of the interviewed, Technology/eCommerce, as well as Big Consummate/Feeding (23%) and Farma (16%) are the areas that better labour perspectives present.

Regarding the sex, this position keeps on being led by the professional men (38%), with regard to the ones of women (29%). Likewise, between the most frequent profiles between the interviewed stand out the pertaining to the area of Controlling and General Accounting, with 23% both, followed of the auditsors with 13%. On the other hand, the new requirements of the market do that the aptitudes that have more in account to the hour to select to a Financial Director are his competition to know manage equipment (58% of the opinions), followed of his analytical capacity and the resolution of problems (33%).

Regarding the labour conciliation, the financial professionals of our country are generally happy, like this expresseses it 70% of the respondents. Finally, the study reveals the high degree of satisfaction that reports the sector to the professionals, since 56% has affirmed that, in the case to have to change of position, would prefer to remain in the same sector.
