Schneider Electric presents the keys of the services of energetic management in the business field

This model, with numerous references in countries like Sweden, EE UU or Germany, allows to realizar projects of energetic improvement in which the savings generated are sufficient to pay the necessary investment, being, besides, ensured by the company of Energetic Services.
Unlike the known model of the 4P's, the model Power Performance Contracting is independent of the agreements of maintenance and energetic supply, pursuing as only aim the improvement and the energetic saving. Thanks to the establishment of some indicators of performance (KPIs) linked to the energetic saving, the projects allow to generate an economic flow that it can be used to invest in other games.
In his intervention, Sword also stood out that the directive of Energetic Efficiency, that will go in in application from 5 June 2014, comports the obligation by part of the companies of more than 250 employees and with a figure of upper business to the 50 million euros to realizar energetic auditss. In this sense, did upsetting in that the companies that have of the ISO50001, certification of system of management of the power, are not subjected to this obligation.
Schneider Electric, thanks to his experts, can accompany to the companies in this process, realizar an analysis of the organisation to detect where have to realizar improvements to fulfil with the aims, helping to put in practice the processes and projects that have to be completed to ensure the certification ISO 50001. This system of management structured, on the contrary of the auditss, ensures to keep the level of energetic efficiency in the time, allowing the obtaining of greater savings.
Another of the key points that Schneider Electric analysed in the celebration of the Seminar ESS is the situation of the energetic panorama Spanish. In this sense, the solutions of software StruxureWare allow to realizar a sustainable management of the resources: availability and management of the power, hygiene, operative control and of processes, etc. With these tools is possible to integrate the systems of existent management and allows to the user matter and export data and generate personalised reports.
Of this way, the companies can do a follow-up of his results with regard to his aims. Besides, the solutions allow the measurement of the broadcasts of gas of effect invernadero or the generation of reports on the evolution of his environingingmental management, helping to identify opportunities of reduction of costs and optimisation of resources.
On the other hand, Pablo Dorronsoro, of the prestigious dispatch of lawyers Baker & Mckenzie, presented the key appearances of the legislation and the energetic regulation in Spain, as well as his impact in the market and how face the current challenges of the sector.
To finish, the session closed with the participation of representatives of Industries Titán and the University Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid, in which they explained his experience and the profits obtained with the implementation of the energetic services contributed by Schneider Electric.
