Four companies launch an innovative software for the calculation of Footprint of Carbon in the edificación

An integrated consortium by the companies, Ecoingenium, IK Engineering, LKS and Pacay Half, finishes to launch to the market 'and2CO2.0'. It treats of a tool innovative software thanks to which can calculate, the Power Embebida and the Footprint of Carbon of a building, with the aim to reduce the impacts of the construction to the environingingment and convert the project in more sustainable. This software is already available for his download in the web
Funded thanks to Spri (Basque Agency of Business Development) and cofinanciada with bottoms Feder of the European Union, the tool offers to the professionals of the sector of the edificación an indispensable help to design buildings (new construction or rehabilitation of the already existent) promoting the selection of materials more sustainable. Of this way, reduces his environingingmental impact and the costs of construction, allowing adopt measures correctivas before the building realizar , and boosting his energetic efficiency.
Like this, companies and professionals of the sector will be able to optimise his projects in relation to environingingmental appearances, offering a differential value to his customer, in addition to boosting the sustainable development and the innovation. In the launching of the tool also has had the collaboration of the Technical Cabinet of Publications Price Centre.
The tool has an exhaustive technical development, but this does not prevent that his operation result simple and intuitive for the user. The entrance of data is agile, and has a database homogénea and complete based in the Analysis of Cycle of Life of a rank of materials, products and constructive systems.
The calculation of the software attends to constructive and material processes incorporated during his phase of construction, taking into account his transport and power consumed by the machinery in work, ranging like this with the European aims 20/20/20: reduction of 20% of raw materials, reduction of 20% of broadcasts of CO2 and elevate the contribution of the renewable energies to 20% of the consumption.
To obtain the results of Power Embebida and Footprint of Carbon of the building, 'and2CO2zero' bases in two methodologies of calculation; on the one hand it allows to realizar a pre-evaluation or calculation simplified; valid for the stages of preliminary draft or basic project, and a complete calculation with the project of execution finalised.
