Presented the conclusions of the European project Build Up Skills Spain, ‘Builds 2020'

Remain like this established the needs of relative competitions to the energetic efficiency and systems of renewable energies, identified like keys in the edificación and rehabilitation of buildings, the learning related and the barriers detected to achieve the energetic aims of the European Strategy of the 20-20-20.
Along the project has had the implication of the most notable agents in matter of qualification and professional learning in the sector of the edificación and of the energetic saving, what has facilitated to establish a leaf of route adapted to the needs and to the structural characteristics of our country. The actions and recommendations have the backrest of the main agents of the sector of the edificación, of the professional learning and of the institutions involved in the achievement of the European aims 2020 of energetic saving.
With the participation of experts, have detailed in index cards the actions and recommendations proposed to achieve the hand of qualified work in energetic efficiency and renewable energies, detected like necessary, for the year 2020.
Has tried, through a consensus between the experts, establish a priorización of the actions, in function of the criteria of importance, probability, ease and cost estimated of the action: the difficulty of this task goes through to treat of subjective criteria that have treated of objetivarse thanks to the assessment of technicians and experts with wide experience in the actions valued.
Between the actions proposed stand out: a formative itinerary on installations of biomass; the development of competitions and learning certificable associated to the geotermia; learning related with the carpentry of aluminium and PVC; campaigns of divulging on available solutions in matter of energetic efficiency and renewable energies; a formative itinerary of placing of isolations; and an already quoted Plan of global learning under the name of ‘Builds 2020.
Precisely during the day of diffusion did special upsetting in the importance of said “Plan of global learning” for the period 2014-2020 that, under the name of ‘Builds 2020' and with the implication of the public servicys, would serve to update and recualificar to the workers more directly related with the energetic efficiency and the renewable energies.
Apart from the Plan of global learning, the manager of International Projects of the Labour Foundation of the Construction, Javier González, commissioned to expose the Leaf of final Route of the project, with the quoted 29 actions and 11 recommendations, incidió in the importance of the “profitability” like a crucial appearance for the promotion of the energetic efficiency and the renewable energies. “The people do not understand which profitability provide them the improvements in efficiency of his house, and are used to to remain more in the aesthetic factors; it would be necessary incidir more in informing on this appearance”.
In the line of the learning, the general director of the Labour Foundation, Enrique Farmyard, affirmed with rotundity that “in the field of learning for the employment, has to bet by a learning of quality in the sector and of course in the one of the edificación, and no simply by the cheapest”. Likewise, it announced that it goes to have “a second Build Up Skills”, and underlined that “to achieve set up the 29 actions proposed would need less than one million and half of euros”.
The manager of Didactic Resources of the Foundation, Ana González, presented the report of Status Quo or balance of Spanish situation in matter of energetic efficiency in the edificación, posing data and important conclusions, as that “of here to 2020, would do fault in Spain between 166.000 and 600.000 (in the worst and in the best of the stages, respectively) skilled workers and formed, to face up to the needs of the sector in matter of energetic efficiency and fulfil with the European aim 20-20-20”. Ana González also aimed that it estimates that “it will need between 28 and 60 million euros of annual investment to form manually of qualified work in energetic efficiency in edificación in Spain”.

Serra stood out the importance that it invest in rehabilitation and in energetic efficiency in the edificación: “Before they did constructions very ineficientes; we have to attain that our cities and houses improve in environingingmental quality, in accessibility, and in saving of power”.
