The School of Aparejadores of Madrid expands his service of couriers for referees

Like part of the plan of the School for improving his on-line services, the referees will have now of Gcouriers personalised with more than 25 Gigabytes of storage and new advantages associated to the suite of tools of Google Apps.

In global, all these novelties will reinforce the communication with the institution and will improve the possibilities to do networking: from sharing documents or manage diaries and share them, until designing and publish surroundings own web.

All the information that had stored each referee in his ancient ecouriers moves to his new gcouriers, that besides allows to access through smartphones and tablets, synchronise contacts or integrate Google calendar to manage the diary. Through this calendar of Google, the School will inform automatically of the appointments and evento more stood out of the school activity: days, debates, courses…

Each referee will have in addition to a space in “the cloud” by means of Google Docs, that will allow him edit, store and share documents. Another of the most stood out advantages of the agreement is the incorporation of the application Google Sites, a tool for the creation of personalised web pages that allow the edition of contents, design and URL, without need of knowledges of programming.
