Ascer in collaboration with the magazines my house, ten House, new style and ten minutes, have chosen the winner of the second edition of the competition ' my reform concentrated erámica'. The winning project has been submitted by Álvaro López Gómez, resident in Daganzo de Arriba (Madrid), which showed a different proposal for the ability of the ceramics of combining functional features with aesthetic aspects which demanded reform.
"In the bathroom, we are looking for a touch of sophistication that conviviera with the rest of the decoration of the House." "What at first seemed difficult to achieve, to us turned out us easier than we think when we saw the effect of the coating: a tile Pearl of Baroque reminiscent, very ornate, with gloss finish, exactly what you were looking for", says the winner of the contest.
Pottery is also present in other parts of the House. To the wall in the area of the ladder, the owners chose a ceramic coating with volume. "We are looking for a coating that would highlight a crossing point where we could not put furniture point of space." "We chose the tile with waves because it optically enlarged the space and light, the relief created soft games of light and shadows."
