Reynaers expands its range of products with integrated photovoltaic solutions
July 30, 2008
After the placement of the largest photovoltaic facility on deck in Belgium in their new stores of 16,000 square meters, reynaers aluminium, provider of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions in aluminium, demonstrates its commitment to the Kyoto targets. Reynaers promotes green energy in its most recent products for curtain walls (CW 60 Solar) and Brise Soleil (BS Solar), submitted in June and in the 4th quarter of 2008 respectively.
In the launch of the CW 50 Solar and Solar BS they joined other recent innovations such as aluminium of high isolation, external solar protections that improve the energy efficiency of buildings and double-skin facade solutions.
His latest offering is a complete solution that consists of a wall curtain and Brise Soleil with integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) building unit. The CW 60 Solar has a new profile for curtain wall, which offers a nice aesthetic, as well as a high technological solution of green energy. Horizontal traveseros the CW 60 Solar profiles are asymmetric and reserve a space for the table of the photovoltaic panel and to store the electrical cables, which facilitates the installation of the panels.
The benefits of the system are important. They offer not only the production of renewable energy, but that it is also fully compatible with the current 50 CW and CW 60 mixed facades.
