According to a market survey carried out by
Uponor, multinational Finnish expert in solutions of invisible air conditioning for the home, users are increasingly demanding more solutions of air conditioning of quality that save energy and provide comfort, are even willing to pay more for it. The study reflects the current situation, trends, demands and needs of the users in the market of air conditioning, which has an impact highest ever in the construction sector and, in addition, affecting so directly to the environment. It has also interviewed current of invisible air conditioning system users to know their level of satisfaction.
Of the total number of respondents, 100 per cent have a heating system in your home, while only 49 per cent has a cooling system. 58 Percent of Spanish households have a heating system for radiators, elements of mobile heating (17 percent), split (13 percent), system by grilles (5 percent) and other (7 percent). Among those who use refrigeration systems, the most commonly used is that of split (35 percent), followed by the system for grids (5%) and mobile devices (9 percent). More than half of the users who have cooling (55 percent), you have independent heating.
Citizens demand energy saving solutions that will result in your invoices and family budget. In this sense, it is betting on an ecological construction sector, with more stringent standards and homes with air conditioning systems more clean and efficient energy saving that respond to international requirements such as the Kyoto Protocol (approximately 50 per cent of the emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere) (coming home). According to estimates made by the Technical Department of Uponor, this solution can provide an average of between 25 and 27 percent energy savings, which, in economic terms is an annual savings of close to 300 euros. In addition, the system contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions in the atmosphere between 25 and 27 per cent.
After saving, the other aspects that are more taken into account when assessing a system of air conditioning are: the distribution and intensity of the heat and cold in each room (46 percent), the speed of the operation (46 percent)the absence of noise (44 percent), the temperature control of independently in each room (38 percent), ease of maintenance (24 percent) and the aesthetic appearance (14 percent). However, current systems available to the users do not meet your expectations in any of these attributes.
The invisible air conditioning is a system that is composed of circuits of pipes, which are integrated in housing below the ground and through which circulates water, cold/heat, depending on the time of the year and at ease for the user to transmitYou can regulate the temperature of each room independently. Uponor study highlights that the invisible air conditioning is imposed on the rest of climate control solutions in the preferences of users (8 of every 10 consider it pretty or much better than your current system), which perceive it as a clean alternativeecological and comfortable. Also, according to studies carried out by the Technical Department of Uponor, if all Spanish homes already have invisible air conditioning would be that instead of issuing 328,17 million tons to the atmosphere in 2012 (total Co2 emissions from different sectors and taking into account the current forecasts), this figure would be 321,14 million tonnes, which would be a 9 per cent more closely to achieve the promise of Kyoto (total allowed 250 million tonnes).
The study, prepared by Research International has been in the peninsula (area Centre, Madrid, Catalonia, Aragon, Balearic Islands, Levante, Andalusia, Northwest and North Central) among a sample of the population of men and women aged 25 to 70 with intent to change your home or renew it within a maximum period of two years.
