Week of institutional visits to the Project Prei of Anerr

The first visit was starred by César Alonso, manager of the Municipal Society of Suelo and House of Valladolid, and Covadonga Granda and Nuria Gómez, architects of the Society.

The company Crolec, associated to Anerr and with headquarters in Valladolid, went the organiser of the meeting that will be starting point of other possible Projects Prei in Castile and Leon, in coordination with the Municipal Society of Suelo and House of Valladolid.

The second day of institutional visits, began with a visit to the work and description of the project and a back breakfast of work sponsored by Vaillant Group, company participant in the Project Prei. The comitiva was formed by:

• Rocío Báguena, boss of area of the General Sub-directorate of architecture and Edificación, General Steering of architecture, House and Floor of the Ministry responsible for public works.

• José Luis Esteban, technical adviser of the General Steering of Industry, Power and Mines of the Community of Madrid.

City council of Madrid:

• Alicia Cáceres, general deputy director of Gestión of House of the area of Government of Urbanismo and House.

• José Antonio Calatayud, technical adviser of the general coordinator of Gestión Urbanística, House and Works.

• Isabel Shoe, technical adviser of the general deputy director of Gestión of House.

• Agustín Brook, Steering of Rehabilitation of the Municipal Company of House and Suelo.

During the visit explained that, finished the works of faã§ades and the inner channelling, has given step to the interior, with the installations of telecommunications and automation.

Imeyca, company integradora specialist in automation and control, will llevar the integration of the installations. Previously to the start of the performances realised the taking of data of monitoring of energetic consumptions and confort and these registers will take equally after the intervention, to value the results.

Casacom Solutions Will contribute, in the interior of the houses, solutions of plastic optical fibre, easy to install without special equipment and totally compatible and instalables in the existent electrical canalisation, which fits perfectly with the works of rehabilitation. Equally it will contribute his system of domótica, very appropriate for the reform because his system of communication is by common bearers.

Fermax Includes his system of video goal, with the peculiarity that the system feeds of solar power from the autogeneración of the common services. The monitor of Fermax that will employ in the showroom has of communication with the protocol KNX and will serve for the control and the monitoring of the systems employed.

Becker Contributes the motorisation of the blinds with detection of obstacles as well as the motorisation of the awnings of the Swiss company Stobag. Televes Will contribute the systems of telecommunications in the common zones.

Regarding the control of the zonal heating implanted in the houses will form part of the systems of automation of Uponor, combining his devices irradiate with the interface of communication KNX. By means of the planned integration will show how make compatible services of automation and optimisation of costs in the Energetic Rehabilitation of Buildings.

Performances aán slopes are the ones of centralisation of counters, installation of chair elevadora save-ladders, elements of lighting, point of recarga of electrical car in garage solado of common zones, painting, finishings and equipment.

Near of fifty companies leaders are already participating in this project, coordinated by Anerr, whose aim is to promote the performances of rehabilitation doing patent what can suppose for the energetic saving, the improvement of confort of the users and the increase of the value patrimonial of the real estate.
