Tecniberia Values with worry the General Budgets of the State

Tecniberia, the Association of Companies of Engineering, Quality consultancy and Services, through his general director, Ángel Zarabozo, has showed his worry by the future of the sector of the Spanish Engineering after a first assessment of the project of General Budgets of the State. “In the first place by the reduction in the investment in infrastructures that contemplates, 22% less than in 2011, year that already accumulated strong cuts in relation to previous years. The planned investment of 11.387 million euros only reaches to be 25% of the presupuestada in previous years to the current economic crisis. Besides, a very important part of east mount comes already engaged of previous exercises, by what the real investment in new work will be practically non-existent”, signals.

Second, the general director of Tecniberia speaks of “the absence (in these Budgets) of initiatives and of technical justifiable projects and economically in front of the European Union, that allow to access to roads of financials at present inaccessible. We refer us to projects oriented to the field of the environingingment, of domestic projects, of energetic efficiency, of sustainability, of footprint of carbon and footprint hídrica, that would have to turn into crowbars of business and sectorial recovery, reduce the annual bill by balance of broadcasts and fulfillment of the commitments of Kyoto, and from the sectorial point of view, cover progressively the gap of the big infrastructures that no longer go to build”.

And finally, indicates that “the limitation of the budget assigned to the conservation and maintenance of the infrastructures supposes a grave risk from the point of view of the hygiene and of his own durability. On the other hand, the reduction of the bottoms of International Cooperation to the Development, to which allocate 683 millions, supposes a descent of 65,4% of the budget regarding the previous year, when they invested 1.977 million euros. It closes like this one and the possible roads of work for the sector of the Engineering”.
