The National Confederation of the Construction integrates in the Spanish Association of the Road

Constituted in 1977, the CNC is a business organisation of prime importance that agglutinates to the big majority of the associations, federations and groupings of the Spanish sector of the construction, covering all his fields and activities. His main aim is the representation of his associated in front of the public powers and other national and international institutions.
Between his a lot of fields of activity, stand out his contributions in labour matter. In this sense, the CNC constituted in 1992, together with the unions CCOO and UGT, the Labour Foundation of the Construction (FLC), whose main aim is to boost the professional learning, improve the hygiene and the health in the work, as well as profesionalizar and dignify the employment in the sector.
In the national field, the CNC is member of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE) and of the Spanish Confederation of the Small and medium enterprise (Cepyme). In the field of the European Union, forms part of the Federation of the European Industry of the Construction (FIEC), as well as of the European Confederation of Constructors (EBC) through the Group of the Small and medium enterprise.
Inside the public work, the road sector has an important presence in the institution chaired by Juan Francisco Lazcano, the one who also has the charge of vice-president of the Spanish Association of the Road.
For this reason, the incorporation of the CNC to the structure asociativa of the AEC will allow to these entities intensify his collaboration and develop new lines of work that allow to the companies of the sector surpass successfully the challenges that poses the coyuntura current, marked by the budgetary cuts in matter of public works, especially in the field of the roads.
The experience of both organisations in this field guarantees the set up of innovative projects in areas like the financials of public works, the R&D and the collaboration between companies and public organisms devoted to the planning, construction and management of road infrastructures.
