The executive director of the department for hire of Mills obtains the card PAL

Sérgio Kariya, executive director of the department for hire of Mills in Brazil, has completed the course of learning of operators and has obtained his card PAL (Powered Access Licence) of operator of aerial platforms.

The program of learning of operators for the obtaining of the card PAL of IPAF has been certified by the body of inspection TÜV as according to ISO 18878. The learning includes like standard program a theoretical session followed of a proof written to check the knowledges, and a practical session that finalises with a practical evaluation of the skills of operation and aptitudes. The past year issued more than 95.000 cards PAL through a network of more than 450 centres of learning recognised by IPAF all over the world.
