This is the purpose of obtaining an objective tool with which to compare the effectiveness of the actions carried out in each entity (public and private) and to improve the analytical information. In this way, during the 2010 have been implemented four rounds, with the participation of 37 bodies where valued sample taking, analysis of metals, pesticides, organic compounds, etc. What you want with this action is the establishment of tools pioneer of objective assessment in the field of water, to be located at the head of the public administrations. During this 2011, will include priority substances defined in different standards of environmental quality, spread over four rounds and free distribution of samples.
These 'intercomparison' works are presented as a prerequisite that must meet the partners of the Andalusian Council of environment as well as the accredited laboratories (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories) to ensure their technical competence in the matter. For this reason, the Junta de Andalucía has given free, participation in this type of exercise to these entities for most typical trials.
