The strong group and Moreno Carretero made with about 8% of Sacyr Vallehermoso

The Strong group, owner of other companies in the pit, and the owner of the construction company Altec, José Moreno Carretero, has been with around 8% (percentage worth about 114 million euros) of the share capital of sacyr vallehermoso under the capital increase the company entered into on 30 December.
The strong group has done with 3,918 per cent of the Group of construction and services, energy (a pack of 15,44 million shares), according to the records of the National Commission of the market of values (CNMV). Meanwhile, Carter has taken shares representing about 4% of Sacyr.
Sacyr Vallehermoso recently closed with successful capital increase of EUR 401 million which launched within the framework of its strategy of eliminating its corporate debt of 608 million. Sacyr has issued 89,18 million new shares at a price of 4.5 euros by title (1 euro of nominal value, plus a premium of emission of 3.50 euros).
