Terex presents the new PT series in a day of doors open in Pontevedra

Several companies involved in construction and earthmoving were able to enjoy live during the open day of Terex of benefits that the brand machines are able to give on marshy land.

Days of training on TWS
On April 21 took place the third day of training of the new management system guarantees Terex, TWS ('Terex Warranty System'), based on web, which will facilitate the management of guarantees to distributors, speeding up the processing of them.
With these workshops closes the first cycle of training belonging to Terex after sales guarantees Department has been organizing throughout 2009.
The brand new computer system which is based TWS offers advantages such as:
- Processing through a web page of the Terex guarantees
- The documentation in paper format disappears and is replaced by digital format
- Significantly reduces the time of approval of a guarantee
- Before the rejection of a warranty, the dealer is warned immediately allowing you to correct the information or submit additional documentation
- Distributors can see the history of repairs, conditions of guarantee or file of the machine with its main components.
TWS is the result of a set of demands that distributors of Terex had claimed for some time and a necessary tool for the technological leap that the company is giving at the moment.
