With many years of combined experience in the design and manufacture of special accessories, CSX will seek to respond to the specific needs of a wide range of clients from different sectors.
Specific equipment for the sector
There are feathers for massive excavation and seesaws reinforced shorter for a number of teams in chains Case CXB, with weights in order of between 8 and 80 tons. There are long-haul equipment available for excavators from 8 to 35 tons, and also equipment of demolition of long reach in the line of the popular CX330.
It also offers a line of special equipment for the handling of materials, able to work in the handling of scrap metal, nails and electromagnets, including the CX240B of first class presented recently.
Complete design solutions
But CSX does much more than create feathers over long and robust. The company focuses on the full integration of the equipment and creates heavy counterweights, expands the chain racks and reinforces the supports of the pen to withstand higher forces of work teams.
In the case of materials handling equipment, CSX designs and manufactures lifting cabin structures also to offer the operator complete control in the work. In addition, amending engines and hydraulic systems to deal with the additional demand of more long feathers, in particular for demolition of long-range special teams and mechanical accessories.
They are also provided additional steps, railings and gateways to ensure easy and safe equipment, thereby reducing time of immobilization and reduce operating costs for customers.
Growing presence in the market
CSX is a rapid expansion of Case Construction Equipment Division. This year will be incorporated at least four other teams to the line of special accessories, three of which presented at Intermat.
