Arja crushing in Smopyc 2008

As in past editions, Arja crushing is present in the international fair of machinery for public works, construction and mining of Zaragoza, Smopyc2008, in the 11/17 of 3 Street D flag stand, where will be part of its machinery.
A mill for each range
As a representation of this range Arja shows visitors the mill Taurus 50 EP, scheduled for a production of up to 300 / 350 tons per hour and with a size of up to 300 food / 350 mm. Its regulation is hydraulic direct, as all the mills series Taurus, a few mills that are supplied from for some time with removable rotor protection pads.
This means that they dismounted and mounted mixers bars with the removed shoes, with which the Assembly is very fast, taking advantage of all the units of have a lifting device, electrical or mechanical that moves on a guide depending on the model which concernedwith which the single operator is limited to push the bar within the mill. With this system, not only change the beaters bars, but the rest of the spare, is carried out with ease.
Another mill that presents Arja crushing is the model pound 10 E, from secondary and representative of the light range.
It is a planned mill to support a size of up to 180 entry / 200 millimetres and a production of 80 / 100 tonnes each time. Call the pound Mills 'light series' does not mean are teams with different criteria for manufacturing. Its name simply refers to the size of admission, which is less than the Taurus series.
This model also has two adjustable shock screens from the outside with direct hydraulic and a rotor of four arms and two beaters bars for arm.
A new model for the PISCES series
Finally, Arja crushing exhibits mill reversible sandbox PISCES 3000 RPE, calculated for a production of 180 tons per hour and a maximum power up to 80 / 90 mm. This machine, which is added to the extensive series of PISCES, has four adjustable shock screens from the outside with a simple but useful direct hydraulic system and independently.
In all the mills in this series, the rotor is reversible and on this occasion Arja presents the new shoes for the protection of the rotor as well as the new beaters bars that will take all the mills of this type. Impact on the screens of shock plates can be smooth or fluted, depending on the type of material to be crushed and the amount of sand to fetch.
