The 4ª edition of the prizes Sacyr to the innovation already has winning

Yesterday celebrated the act of delivery of the 4ª edition of the prizes
The act explained besides with a quotation to the doctor Carmen Andrade and to the employees of Sacyr that are working in the project of the Channel of Panama, by his innovative contribution in the project of the third game of esclusas of the Enlargement of the Channel of Panama. Carmen Andrade appreciated the quotation and stood out that “in the participation of Sacyr in the manufacture of the concrete, the team of work has showed high qualification to assimilate and put in practice the innovations proposed”.
The prizes Sacyr to the Innovation in his fourth edition recognise publicly to those that, to individual title or community, investigate and work in projects, developments and innovative ideas, creative and pioneering, posed like ambitious challenges of superación and knowledge. They have had an economic endowment of 6.000 euros in each one of the three categories, whose winners have been in this occasion:
- Rafael Aparicio Sánchez, of Valency by the project ´Obtaining of power of the waves of the sea with a design that imitates the beak of the Flemish´, in the category of Technological and Environingingmental Innovation.
- The team of architects Langarita-Navarro of Madrid by the project of adaptation of the ancient Belgian Sawmills for headquarters of Centre Medialab- Meadow in the category of Project of Construction.
- Magazine Métode, by the monograph:´The strength of the world. The power in the era postindustrial' in the category of Technological and Economic Journalism.
In this edition of the Prizes Sacyr to the Innovation have selected to the three winners of almost a hundred of candidates presented. Once again, the prizes have had, as in his three first editions, a big received, so much by the quantity of candidatures presented as by the very high quality of the projects received.
The 4ª edition of the Prizes Sacyr to the Innovation has had a skilled jury chaired by Manuel Manrique Cecilia, president of Sacyr and of the that like external experts have formed part: María Luisa Brown Marín, general director of Innovation and Competitiveness of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness; Rafael of The-Sickle, director of Rafael of The-Sickle Architects Álvaro Ibáñez, editor of the skilled web Microsiervos; Jacinto García Santiago, Expert in R&D of Construction; and Enrique Coperías Jiménez, deputy director of the Very Interesting magazine and secretary of the jury.
