The National Safety Council recognizes the efforts of Dow in environment, health and safety

The National Safety Council carried out an examination of the standards of environment, health and safety of the company, along with its attachment to the results in terms of productivity and profitability, for five years of security and business data. Full access to the Dow production plants was also requested to confirm that the processes of company security reached all the necessary requirements. "It is clear that security is one of the core elements in the activity of Dow." "The company has a strong commitment to safety in all levels of your organization", said Janet Froetscher, President and delegate Councillor of the National Safety Council.
Based on rigorous principles of scientific evaluation, the Campbell Award offers an example for the implementation of the environment, health and safety standards.
