Air Liquide is launching a new unit of oxygen production in Italy

This new production capacity will allow Air Liquide to meet the growing demand of its customers to the network of pipelines of 700 kilometers that extends through the plain of the Po River, between Genoa and Padua. The network caters especially to acerista Arvedi in Cremona, as well as numerous clients in the North of Italy. This new standardized type 'yango2' unit has been developed and built by Air Liquide Hangzhou, the Center for engineering and construction of Air Liquide in China. This is the first unit of production of this type installed in Europe.
Augustin of Robin, Member of the Executive Committee and director of the South and East of the Air Liquide group, stated: "The decision to invest in Italy in a new production unit, in a strategic industrial zone for the Group's activity"demonstrates our commitment to development in the country. "Their 12 production units installed in the region and more than 100 million euros invested in Italy over the past 5 years, Air Liquide to accompany the development of its clients and confirm its leadership in Italy".
