Scales for weighing for solids and liquids
The brand has a wide range of scales, focused on the needs of each client:
bin scale: dosage of loads with hoppers scale of metal directly on weighing cells.
flex scale: scales of flexible chute, for weighing of products of poor fluidity and tend to stick. Elastic hopper of special rubber and discharge elastic and integral to providing a discharge without remains.
Tara compensation scale: hopper scale provided compensation of tara, according to needs, prepared directly on cells of burden or support of weighing with a system of parallel statements, to avoid external vibrations.
Diff two: dosage continuous with differential dosing scales. Through the improved use of the variation of the differential signal of scale, we obtain a regulated flow and constant.

On scales for liquids, we find cabins of dosage of oils; scales LSC type design compact for exact dosing; and scales of tubular ring for the determination of the density of the fluid in the process.
Scales of dosing
They are integrated into the system all types of market dosing equipment (augers, vibrant, alveolar, channels...) and in addition provides a value-added differential with own developments, such as:
- Rotary dispenser: Ideal for extraction and dosing of bulk materials. The body contains a turntable which evacuates the material deposited on it, in varying degrees, depending on the mechanical regulations which provides: the angle of the flexographic and the height of the cuello-talud. A third parameter of regulation is also available through the variation of frequency of the engine. You can also have a stirrer attachment, enabling extraction of product. As a result, gets a stream of input for continuous product, resulting in a total control of dosage and consequently high precision.
- Accurate: dispenser of precision, even with products cohesive, allowing a very high accuracy of dosage, because of their mechanism of pulsation-free fine dosing, thereby producing a stream of input to the constant scale and continuously. The degree of filling technology standard of the Speyer, contributes to higher accuracy and consistency in the dosage.
- Fine dosing: for dosages of high precision (1 gr > 0.1 g) integrate solid dosing equipment in high precision with teams based both in the deduction of weight and in addition to weight. These equipment allow to automate and manage recipes where participating components (preservatives, dyes, additives, etc...) with a demand for very high precision. They are designed to allow easy cleaning and comply with the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Control systems
It is as important or more the control system of dosing and weighing is carried out, the scale and the dosing equipment used. For this reason, Solids system has a Department of automation and Scada visualization, comprising specialists in dosing and weighing processes. These systems allow a complete visualization of the process; the parameterization of elements involved in the process; the definition of formulas and work orders; generate historical data both process and alarms; and connectivity to a wide range of devices.
In short, it allows to improve productivity; greater control of production of the process; an improvement of the quality control, due to the plant data collection; and the traceability of the production process.
Solids systems
The company, based in Spain in the Gipuzkoan town of Zarautz, belongs to the Group Solids solution group. Founded in 1969 by H. j. Linder, solids solutions group with its associate companies solids system-technik S.L. and system-technik GmbH collects more than 35 years of experience in the project and realization of automatic systems for the handling of bulk materials.
