Kepler opens a new lab

There are many companies belonging to different sectors, as well as the business associated with different areas and estates grounds, in which contamination still undiscovered situations may be found. Also in the case of the transport of dangerous goods, and in general of all those environments where large quantities of dangerous products are driving, you might need the realization of a sustainable decontamination on the site.
The idea of using microbiological cultures to eliminate the soil pollution caused by hydrocarbons is based on that - in certain occasions - cleaning up the polluted site 'ex situ' - through the excavation of the site is not feasible from a technical point of viewespecially in places of difficult access or where the movement of land could lead to the displacement of roads or other elements of the environment. This often occurs in discharges of hydrocarbons produced as a result of accidents during the transport of dangerous goods. On the other hand, the economic cost of these write-downs through excavation and subsequent filling tends to be high and they generated a significant amount of waste that need to manage.
Based on previous studies that can be performed at a contaminated site and the results obtained in the microbiological tests carried out in a laboratory on the samples, proposals for use directed and optimized most appropriate microorganisms can be madewell isolated from the own soil or selected from a specific collection developed and amplified by the technical team of our company, to optimize the performance of the decontamination process, avoiding "failures" of implementation, with optimal results.
