Cepsa has merged its subsidiaries Ertisa, Interquisa and Petresa in a single company giving rise to the birth of a new company: Cepsa Química, S.A. In addition, this new company will market Cepsa refinery chemical products, by which the main activity of Petrocepsa has also integrated in Cepsa chemistry. This new model of organization will improve the competitiveness of the petrochemical activities of CEPSA's face to the demands of the market. The structure of Cepsa chemistry, whose front has been named Fernando Iturrieta as Chief Executive Officer, is divided into five main areas: operations, sales, development and innovation, management and Control, and human resources.
