Innovative technology of Court of Getecha at the K 2010

Technological emphasis has put Getecha, distributed in Spain by Coscollola commercial, in his appearance at the K fair this year, in his Shredder for extrusion and thermoforming lines. In addition, in its Pavilion will be exhibited various mills for injection machines and extraction systems of casting for the automation of injection processes.

One of the devices the stand of Getecha star will be the model RS 3009-E specializes in crushing of marginal strips of sheet extrusion and thermoforming. Its grooved rollers provide an excellent grip for the introduction of the sheets, ensuring the process. In particular, the mill has an automatic speed regulator: through sensors and an investor of frequency in the engine are permanently synchronized input with the line speed. This increases productivity, since "auto-adaptable food" eliminates the need for any manual adjustment.

K Getecha also present its compact model RS 2404-E as a settlement of court to the extrusion process that allows to save space. Quiet Crusher mill may be placed directly next to the extrusion line and has two power systems with variable widths. It crumble marginal strips of sheets and plates with a thickness of between 0.2 and 5 mm, and the two autonomous power systems can process simultaneously strips of various thicknesses. The Hacker GH 300 model that Getecha will exhibit in the K is mounted directly below the zone of cooling of extrusion line for precutting marginal strips of sheets with a thickness of up to 20 mm. The cutter is adapted to various blade widths and at different speeds, thanks to the variability of settings. A conveyor belt carries the marginal strips pre-cortadas towards a slicer with rotation, RS 3004 model for its crushing. Getecha will also expose the crusher mill RS 4509, which has a third knife stator for solid pieces and crush both strips and entire boards thanks to a special funnel.

For the injection Getecha present in the K two solutions from its wide range of cutting machines: the small mill RS 1615, designed to be used directly next to the fuel transfer. It requires little space, also processes materials with glass fibre and has a suction device for feed production with the crushed material. The compact mill 300 GRS with great food can also be used as a central mill. It crushed even injected or sopladas large volume (up to 1,5 l) pieces.

As examples of their automation solutions, Getecha will be exhibiting at Düsseldorf two of their extraction to injection systems: GRA 112 flows with his underhand motion sequence extractor is already among the fastest machines in this field and fits up to 3000 KN injectors. The extraction GL 1-S system exposed is made especially for the grip of lava flows and small parts on machines small and medium-sized injectors. Communicates through a Euromap interface and its three independent servo-ejes achieves a maximum accuracy in repetition even at high speeds.
