Nine Boy XS-series machines, released recently, will take place at the fair micropiezas and small components of precision, with volumes injected from 0.1 to 8.0 cm³ of fully automatic, precise way and with high efficiency. The Boy XS model of 10 t of clamping force occurs both in horizontal settings, such as vertical for inserts, occupying a space of just 0.6 or 0.8 m² respectively.

Boy XS, equipped with series with advanced control Procan Alpha system, is presented as a fuel transfer of laboratory but incorporates all the features and benefits of larger machines, to produce 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Extremely precise performance offers an economic tool to produce with less cavities molds, giving great flexibility.

The versatility of the XS Boy will demonstrate the transformation of multiple materials such as thermoplastic, thermoset, elastomer, LSR, MIM (metal injection moulding), PEEK, and hot melt.

Of the E series of Boy machines, with the combined technology of the servomotorización and hydraulics, are shared at the fair to demonstrate that not only can increase the precision, but additionally it drastically reduces energy consumption with machines extremely fast and silent.
