John Deere celebrates his 175 anniversary with a day of open doors solidaria

The day was conformed by a complete program of activities lúdicas for the enjoy of all the family, from acts on hygiene and environingingment until careers of tractors to pedals for the smallest, going through a ‘photo call', the musical performance of the ‘Deere Street Band', pintacaras, caricaturists, inflatable castle and a lot of surprises more. In 1858, Deere left the leadership of the company in hands of his son Charles and centred his attention in civic and political activities. Between other functions was president of the National Bank of Moline and exerted the charge of director of the Public Library of Moline.
