Fepex calls on the Government that it demands the EC before the Court of Justice of the EU

For Fepex, the European Commission has the responsibility and obligation to compensate the Spanish sector with 100% of the damage caused by their poor management, both by the poor functioning of the system of health alert, it allowed to activate a warning against Spanish cucumber without conclusive technical reports, such as the slow and insufficient in the implementation of measures of market crisiscausing that even today, 20 days after of the problem arising, have adopted definitively not be sector crisis management measures implemented.
Faced with this situation, Fepex considers that the Spanish Government should sue the European Commission before the Court of Justice of the EU, because it has not taken up 100% of the damage caused to the Spanish sector, which are mainly of three types: damages for loss of production and for non-marketing of products; commercial damage by the decline in widespread prices which has led to the crisis and damage to the image of the sector.
