The fruit and vegetable sector of Castilla - La Mancha has been represented, through a large group of exhibitors, at Fruit Logistica 2011, the fair par excellence of the fruit and vegetables at the international level. In this regard, the Government of Castilla - La Mancha, Spain, through the Ministry of agriculture, and the Institute of foreign promotion (IPEX) has assisted, for the sixth consecutive year, the fair Fruit Logistica 2011. In the framework of this event, the presence of these exhibitors to make contacts and commercial transactions, in addition to displaying the fruits and vegetables that are grown in the region, in an institutional stand. This call come five Castilla companies: Corymar cooperative society (Albacete), Association IGP garlic purple of las Pedroñeras (Cuenca), agricultural Olma (Cuenca), horticulture products Hondo (Albacete), Bhiocarrión (Cuenca), Cooperativa San Isidro el Santo (Cuenca) and society cooperative Santiago Apostle of Tomelloso (Ciudad Real) that will be available for the support of the technicians of the IPEX. The exhibited products include onions, purple garlic from Las Pedroñeras, melons and peppers of Tomelloso, and potatoes, as well as fruits and vegetables, conventional or organic.
