More than 550 people attended the '17TH days agricultural and commercial Cajasol'

Organized by Cajasol with the collaboration of Freshuelva, the Association of Citricultores of the province of Huelva and an Advisory Committee made up of personalities representing the sectors citrus and strawberry, these days have been used to analyse the situation of the sectorsthe latest news and promote trade relations between them.
In the case of the sector of soft fruit, attendees have been known in depth, the hand of the researcher of the Andalusian Institute of research and training agricultural, fisheries, food and the production ecological (Ifapa), dependent of the Ministry of agriculture and fisheries of the Junta de AndalucíaJuan Jesús Medina, the weaknesses, and strengths of two new varieties of strawberries, Primoris and Antilla, native of Huelva.
They have also focused on the integrated pest management in the cultivation of strawberries by biological control and nutritional properties of berries produced in the province, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries, berries which make Huelva as a leader in the sector.
