Nova energy group distributes bio-digesters which produce energy from manure

BioElax applications have developed and implemented in Brazil, where there are, for decades, hundreds of plants in operation from sludge, slurry, waste cattle, poultry farms, etc. In Europe, the plant pioneer was launched in March in the North of Portugal, and is dedicated to the treatment and use of manure energy. The operation of the plant is simple, reliable and economical. The manure is removed in the traditional way, and is stored in a silo. From the silo, automatically by means of a host, is the burden of the bio-digester preliminary mix of the manure waste water of the bio-digester. Due to the location of the plant and the dryness of the residue, water used in the process is collected rain and reused after the anaerobic process. I.e. There is a closed circuit of water that is mixed with the residue to facilitate and accelerate the process and is collected at the end of the same.
Nova energy group already has several projects on waiting list. "The first plant in Spain will soon start in Castilla - La Mancha and will produce 500 kW electric from liquid manure". "The plant be financed her group Nova energy and are amortised over four years," explains David Poveda, director of group Nova energy.
