The Marm publishes the publication 'Obtaining olive oil'

The first edition was published in 1992 coinciding with the appearance of the masses of two-phase horizontal centrifuge which was a major innovation in the extraction of olive oil. In the second edition of 'Acquisition of Virgin olive oil' several chapters being revised and expanded with two new content: one concerning the automation of the mills and other quality management systems: hygiene quality and total quality.
The third edition maintains the scheme of the second but updated content. With the rules on characteristics of olive oils varies continuously, having included the latest provisions of the European Commission and the International Olive Council. Also information on production and consumption of olive oil in Spain and in the world has been a day.
