The
S.A.T. San Cayetano signing moved from 4 to 6 February to Berlin to participate in Fruit Logistics 2009, one of the key events of the year in the agri-food sector. In this sense, the managing director of the S.A.T., José García, says: "San Cayetano expects that their participation in Fruit logistics allows you to open up new markets, as well as diversify their offer." We understand that we must meet new needs in the market, something which is not easy, but we have already managed to operate in many European countries. Currently, we are enhancing the marketing in the countries of the East, such as Russia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania or Hungary. "In this regard, we hope the show us a push".
The pretensions of the signature for this year go to consolidate the sector of citrus and continue working on the same line of previous years. Currently, t.a.s San Cayetano has 145 members and 130 workers in factory. The turnover is over 37 million euros, with an average of 70 million kilos and 2,100 hectares of crop production.
