New machine 'two in one' for remains of pruning, crushers Picursa, Fima
January 28, 2010
On the grounds of Fima 2010, visitors can check 'in situ' dimensions and technical characteristics of the new shredder and Harvester of remains of pruning of the crushers Picursa manufacturer. With a capacity of hopper between three and five cubic metres, this machine is born from a picador on reversible olive 1,800 and 2,000 successfully demonstrated in the crushing of the branch of the olive trees and citrus orchards. This is coupled with a solid chassis on which lies the hopper, and so you can work with dustpan basket or without him, so that the material is in the soil.
With a weight of 2,500 kg, crusher is adapted to high power and lower horsepower tractors
The new machine that Shredder Picursa leads to Fima has a double feeder which is powered by hydraulic motor. The latter facilitates a constant speed of entry of material as well as a large torque. Both of these features offer a uniform material feed. As outstanding feature, the crusher, 2,500 kilos of weight, provides a working width of which varies between the 1.8 and 2 meters. Also, the power transmission is done using pulleys and belts (the latter Kevlar fibre). The hammers are recorded on a 220 mm rotor.
Series, crusher is marketed in two versions. The first is intended to tractors of high power with a shot from Lance regulated hydraulic way. So you get better placement of the feeder. In this case, the shredder has hopper five cubic meters capacity, as well as a rear axle on which it sits. The second is to lower horsepower tractors. In this version, crusher, with a hopper of three cubic meters of capacity, not already has shot from Lance but is equipped with tripuntal and rotating wheels in the back.
