October 14, 2008
AJ Power works under the quality management system established in the ISO 9001 standard. With spacious and modern facilities in Craigavon near Belfast, AJ Power brings to his new alliance with Massey Ferguson, formally launched at the end of August 2008, "skill, a wide and specific experience and knowledge of the market of power generators".
Personnel management and direction of AJ Power in common has more than 40 years of experience in the international market for generators and in 2007 the London newspaper The Times placed it as the fourth fastest growing company in the United Kingdom.
In the heart of the Massey Ferguson Power Series generators, now manufactured by AJ Power, are the last engines of three, four and six cylinders, engine constant speed, developed by Sisu Diesel, with powers from 15 kVA to 600 kVA 50 HZ 1500 rpm.
The choice of engines Sisu Diesel as the primary source of power of the new generation of electric generators joins the previous experience of AJ Power in the use of Sisu Diesel engines, a sister of Massey Ferguson company within the Agco Corporation. Sisu Diesel engines are being used in Massey Ferguson tractors for 20 years.
Up to 20 different models Power Series
Initially, Massey Ferguson will offer approximately 20 different models Power Series through its global network of distributors and dealers. Suitable for applications of emergency or as a main source of energy, all are available in open or closed configuration. The fairing has a cover resistant to corrosion with material which attenuates noise, giving full protection against inclement weather. The genset Power Series open or not closed, are mounted in a rack of high resistance to allow its placement and fixation in any flat, secure surface, inside or outside of a building or under a roof of protection.
Regardless of the model, all the genset Massey Ferguson Power Series are complete and ready to work, equipped with an advanced logic digital control system to facilitate its handling and configuration. As most prominent standard equipment includes an anchoring system anti-vibration, intense filtration of the intake air, a new alternator Stamford with insulation against extreme environments, a ruptor of main circuit with enhanced access to wiring, an inhibited cooling system and an integrated fuel tank.
