JCB: more productivity and less consumption
February 11, 2008
Among the many new features of the company JCB at Fima 2008, stand out the most recent versions of JCB FS Loadall machine compact, incorporating a new hydrostatic transmission, which, not only improves the performance of traction, but which also reduces the levels of noise in the cabin to provide a more comfortable work environment for the operator.
The model 520-40 FS (2 tons at 4 metres) maintains its current 50 HP (37 kW) engine, while the 524-50 FS and FS 527-55 models gain additional performance with the incorporation of the JCB Dieselmax of 4.4 litre engine tuned for a capacity of 85 HP (63 kW). The additional power and torque available, along with the new hydrostatic transmission with simple relationships of 'work' and 'transport' (the 520-40 has only a simple range), offer a new level of performance to the more manageable JCB Manipulator.
Blades Telescopic loader JCB Telemaster FS
Operators of handlers who prefer characteristics central cabin and articulated Telescopic loader JCB TM FS address will see that the machine has become "a powerful unit for the storage and transport of manure, with new engines and hydraulic systems in the latest".
Below a redesigned deck, is located the JCB Dieselmax engine of four cylinders, with different power: 130 HP (97 kW) for the FS TM310 and 145 HP (108 kW) for the FS TM310S. With a power up to 20 percent higher and a very top pair, the performance is located at a different level.
To get the most out of all this additional power, the TM telescopic wheel loaders now have the transmission of high specification of JCB, with six-speed, selectable change automatic and manual modes for different work situations, and the direct-drive locking torque for excellent performance in road and drag.
They also incorporate a hydraulic variable displacement of greater capacity according to demand, rapid response, and up to 140 litres per minute and proportional servo joystick commands.
JCB crawler skid steer loaders
A comprehensive review of the range of wheeled skid steer JCB, machines with the unique design of compensation of single arm, incorporates a new model of the mid-range, an innovative system of management to fit the available power of the motor to the hydraulic demand, and a new engine for the two larger models. The 180 JCB adds a new option of performance with a 820 kg lifting capacity at 2.78 m. Like other models of 2007, has integrated in the joystick multi-function control servo, improved tools and easier access through a side door with rear hitch.
The 190 JCB, with 950 kg lifting capacity, and the JCB 1110 with 1,150 lifting capacity, take advantage of the advantages of power, torque and refinement that incorporates the JCB Dieselmax engine of four cylinders in this applicationIt has been adjusted to develop 85 HP (63 kW) and 92 HP (69 kW), respectively.
A new chapter in the history of the Fastrac range
The JCB Fastrac range has made a long journey since its inception in 1990. With more power, these machines will now offer higher performance and can move more quickly with an increase of 10 km/h in speed tip, although they still have the advantage of maneuverability in the field with four wheel drive Quadtronic
The new Fastrac 2155 and 2170, models smaller range, are aimed at farmers who wish to have full suspension, but want a tractor lighter than the models of the 3000 series for spraying works, spread fertilizer and cultivationas well as other routine tasks and seasonal.
Both models incorporate the Cummins QSB6.7 of 6.7 litre, six cylinder engine, already tested on larger Fastrac tractors. It has more capacity, is quieter and more refined, and develops more power and torque to the 2000 series Fastrac tractors a real increase in performance of elevation.
Optional electronic reels valves, incorporated for the first time in tractors Fastrac of the 2000 series as part of the package specification 'Plus' add more control. With a flow and regulation which can be adjusted with precision from inside the cabin, the new system provides the operator precise control of the equipment, including equipment mounted in the front when placed the Insert/PTO of 2,500 kilos, and functions as the turning of the plough at the touch of a switch.
The movement between fields and the drag of trailers and implements is now faster with 2155 and 2170 Fastrac tractors and, thanks to its combination of fully suspended axles and high specification with ABS brakes, top speed has increased to 60 km/h.
