New factory, new methods

In the new factory of tractors of AGCO/Fendt, all the series of tractors find in an only line of setting, from the tractor trucks specialist smaller for the viticulture until the biggest tractor of 390 CV. Each tractor states like average of some 10.000 components that have to arrive to the strip of setting of coordinated and orderly form. Thanks to the big versatilidad of products and variants of Fendt, this allows individualizar the tractor that it treat in accordance with the specific demands of the customer.
The central point of the project Fendt ahead2 in the installations of Asbach-Bäumenheim is the new pavilion of setting and logistical, and from him put in practice the demands of the customers of Marktoberdorf. The cabins mount in the same sequence that in Marktoberdorf in the corresponding tractors according to the commission of the customer and send directly in the correct sequence. The processes of logistics highly complexes control through systems SAP intelligent.
Previously the gross material delivered in shape of tubes, profiles and sheets processes with the new technologies, like the platform or the laser of 5 axles. In the 5.000 m² of the installations of Asbach-Bäumenheim created already in 2010 a pavilion for the new zone of welding of the cabin. With 18 robots sueldan, among others, the cabins VisioPlus for the 500 and the 700 Miscellaneous, as well as the big cabins confort Fendt for the series 800 and 900 Miscellaneous, of qualitative form and automated.

They stand out the four new models of the series 500 Miscellaneous, with which Fendt enters a class of vehicles totally new in the field of the compact standard tractors. These tractors offer an up to now reserved technology to the tractors of upper class.
The new series 500 Miscellaneous, with the models 512 Miscellaneous, 513 Miscellaneous, 514 Miscellaneous and 516 Miscellaneous, covers the rank comprised between 125 and 165 CV. The new tractors 500 Miscellaneous achieve his strength of an engine Deutz of 4 cylinders and 4 valves by cylinder, with 4,04 litres of cilindrada and injection Common-Rail, as well as a maximum power of 165 CV in the model crashes 516 Miscellaneous. Besides, the series 500 Miscellaneous also incorporates the technology SCR of saving of fuel, what has by object fulfil the phase 3b of the rule on broadcasts (Tier IV provisional).

Together with the 500 Miscellaneous showed the new loaders Profi, with which can realise functions totally new. More novelties
AGCO/Fendt Also presented the cosechadora of the new series C (5275 C, 5275 C PL, 6335 C, 6335 C PL), which will be available for the season of harvest 2013.
